Good Morning Kingswood Families,

HRCE buses are not running today (Monday April 4th). As a result, families will need to make arrangements for students to be picked up at dismissal time (2:55PM). Students in Grades Primary to 2 will be dismissed on the left hand side of the building. Parents will need to park their vehicles and meet their child’s teacher.

Due to the high volume of students being dismissed this afternoon, the office will not be taking early pickup phone calls from 2:40 PM- 2:55 PM. Parents who arrive during this window will have to wait for students to be dismissed with their classes. Should you wish to pick your child up before 2:40 PM, you can call the office and we will bring your child to the front door for dismissal.

If someone is picking your child up who is not listed as a contact in Power School, you must email your child’s classroom teacher AND Kingswood Safe Arrival at kwesa@hrce.ca to let us know.

For today only, parents will be permitted to park their vehicles in the bus loop during pick up.
